Client Charter

At Cumulo Accountancy and Taxation we value all of our clients, and it is important to us that our clients value the service we provide. Whatever level of professional and technical support you require in order to manage your business,we guarantee as a basic minimum the following support package:
- Fixed Fees - at your initial free 1 hour consultation with one of our directors, we will establish a fixed price for the professional and technical work we will undertake for you. No surprises. No small print - just a clear easily understood fee - that can often be payable in regular instalments.
- Unlimited phone or online support - We will not charge you for any on going support as part of the basic service levels agreed. That means you can phone or email us at any time. We understand that business people can often be struck with an issue outside of normal office hours - that’s ok too. Contacting us, even during unsociable hours - means that you will receive a reply as speedily as is humanly possible - and it won’t cost you any more.
- Free advice for employees or relatives - we offer to talk to any of your employees or immediate family for free as part of our support to you.
- Free scheduled meetings - we want to talk with you regularly, and will as part of our basic package arrange regular meetings with you - we are more than happy to visit you at your premises, home or at our office if you prefer. Further, we offer unlimited meetings in between those that have been scheduled, at our office, if you feel a one to one would be beneficial - just call us and book a slot.
- Timely completion of work - We aim to provide you with your accounts and returns in a timely fashion and work with you to keep to timetables and schedules.
- Tax and Business tips - We want our clients to benefit from advice and tips we collect as part of our day to day dealings with government bodies and financial institutions, wherever they are relevant, thereby continuing our committment to excellance of service.
- Parity of Esteem - all our clients are treated equally irrespective of the size of client fee. Indeed, if ever you were in doubt, size truly doesn’t matter!
- Free ‘MORE’ software - Where a company would benefit, we offer completely free of charge the ‘MORE’ software - both the package and ongoing support and training in its use.
- Business Consultancy - unfortunately, our full business consultancy package isn’t a free service- however, as part of our committment to your business we are interested in its overall development and will provide tailored financial management reports which will help shape your future - rather than just report on what has just happened.
- Fulfilling the dream- no man is an island - and no business should become something you have to wrestle with, and certainly not alone. We will be there every step of the way to help you fulfil the dream.
